When we set up Audacia we believed that there was a better way to deliver technology solutions.

There were two principles that fuelled our work:

Whilst technology can manage complex systems, engineering need not be complicated.
Success in delivery relies on transparency, trust, genuine dialogue and deep collaboration.

These principles still inform how we work today. And we don’t work around the edges of businesses. We focus on platforms and systems that are integral to day-to-day operations. This is what we mean by business critical technology.

Funding Allocation Platform

Developing a platform to manage £317m funding allocation per year, supporting critical research throughout COVID-19, for the National Institute of Health Research.

How you'll progress

You’ll be provided with ongoing opportunities to learn, develop and progress inside and outside of your work. Your career is yours to drive at Audacia, with opportunities to progress into a variety of roles across different projects and departments.

Associate

Work within a team made up of developers and testers to deliver enterprise level software projects to a high quality with a focus on collaboration, transparency and excellence.

Engineer

Uphold coding standards, owning the review of user-stories and small features, contributing to decision making around architectures and frameworks to ensure projects are secure, performant and scalable.

Senior

Utilise your advanced understanding of technical concepts, tools and architectural approaches to design and implement complex solutions - owning technical decisions and mentoring more junior members of the team.

Lead

Take ownership of project delivery across the full software development lifecycle – managing risk, contributing to client relationships and supporting the development of those around you.

Principal

Define standards, shape strategy and provide technical leadership that reaches beyond individual projects – influencing how we work across the business and driving the continuous improvement of your discipline.
