When we set up Audacia we believed that there was a better way to deliver custom software.

There were two principles that fuelled our work:

  1. Whilst software can manage complex systems, software development need not be complicated.

  2. Success in software development relies on transparency, trust, genuine dialogue and deep collaboration.

These principles still inform how we work today. And we don’t work around the edges of businesses. We focus on software integral to the daily functioning of systems. This is what we mean by business critical software.

How you'll progress

Junior
Work within a team made up of developers and testers to deliver enterprise level software projects to a high quality with a focus on collaboration, transparency and excellence.
Associate
Uphold coding standards, owning the review of user-stories and small features, contributing to decision making around architectures and frameworks to ensure projects are secure, performant and scalable.
Senior
Utilise your advanced understanding of technical concepts, tools and architectural approaches to design and implement complex solutions - owning technical decisions and mentoring more junior members of the team.
Principal
Principal Consultant
Lead the delivery of projects by running initial analysis workshops, defining work packages and overseeing the development and release lifecycle, whilst developing and maintaining long term relationships with clients.

Principal Engineer
Define architectural decisions and coding standards across the business - owning the implementation and review of architectural approaches and technical audits across projects, including CI/CD, UX, security and infrastructure.
