Delivery Manager
Audacia is an award-winning technology consultancy - specialising in software engineering, data, AI and cloud.
We have established a reputation as thought-leaders and innovators working as a trusted partner to deliver complex large-scale technology solutions, with clients including global agriculture companies, regulatory bodies; multinational energy providers; and international automotive manufacturers.
We’re looking for a Delivery Manager to join our growing team in Leeds City Centre, based out of our waterfront office on The Calls. As a Delivery Manager, you’ll lead the successful delivery of complex, high-impact software projects and programmes.
Our delivery function is embedded within cross-functional teams — you’ll work closely with developers, testers and clients to ensure successful delivery. We value initiative, collaboration, and a pragmatic mindset that balances speed, quality and stakeholder alignment. We empower our delivery leaders to act with autonomy and own project outcomes.
You’ll operate across the full software delivery lifecycle, from shaping delivery strategies and leading client engagements, to overseeing governance, resource planning and continuous improvement initiatives. Your role will be both hands-on and strategic — championing agile principles, managing project risks and outcomes, and growing delivery capability across teams.
Your career is yours to drive at Audacia, with opportunities to lead larger projects and programmes, take on strategic business initiatives or evolve into senior leadership roles.
You’ll be part of a community here, with people who are passionate about technology, delivery and projects, and like to engage inside and outside of work. You'll normally find us in evenings socialising, playing board games, or having a game of badminton.
